Sealed systems provide contaminant free cooling for air-conditioning, factory cooling, power generation, compressor and process cooling applications.

Materials of construction are dependent on the type of application and location, our heavy duty standard construction comprises:

• CASING: 3mm thick pre-galvanised sheet steel
• TUBE PLATES: 2.0mm thick pre-galvanised sheet steel
• TUBES: 5/8” OD seamless copper 0.4mm wall thickness
• FINS: 0.13mm thick aluminium
• HEADERS: copper tube 0.5mm wall thickness
• FAN IMPELLERS: Fully adjustable black, ultra-violet stabilised, glass coupled polypropylene aerofoil section or cast aluminium epoxy coated
• FAN PLATES: 3mm thick galvanised sheet steel
• FAN BELLHOUSING: 3mm thick galvanised steel
• FAN MOTORS: IP55 rated, class F specially wound for speed control
• SUPPORT LEGS: 3mm thick steel galvanised after fabrication
• FINISH: 3 stage epoxy weatherproof paint systemcolour RAL7035
